Substation Switch Gear General Provisions - The successful bidder for this Invitation For Bids will be responsible for providing new SUBSTATION SWITCH GEAR to the City of Healdsburg. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that the materials are delivered to the City as per specifications listed and agreed to herein.
