The Town of Flower Mound is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Subsurface Utility Engineering and Locating Services for Various Projects. All proposals must be submitted electronically in pdf format. The Maximum Size per File is 100 MB and it is preferred that you attach one complete file; however, there is no limit to the number of files that can be attached.
Subsurface utility engineering, hereinafter referred to as SUE, can be applied to varying degrees on a transportation project depending upon the situation. A project may include one or multiple utility quality levels depending on the risk factor associated with each subsurface utility facility. Subsurface utility data evaluation can be an important part of the project design, utility coordination and SUE process.
