Notice Summary REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NUMBER: 212052 Public Works Department Subsurface Utility Exploration Services INTRODUCTION The City of Salem, hereinafter referred to as "City", is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for provid?ing subsurface utility exploration services on a continuing services basis.
The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites qualified Sub-Surface Utility Exploration (Potholing) firms to submit qualification statements to provide annual potholing services with GPS surveying (of potholed locations). This contract will be awarded to a single vendor as a not-to-exceed contract in the amount of $500,000 per year with the option of three one year renewals.
Other services such as Ecological Surveys, Wetland Mitigation, archeological investigations, historical/architectural investigations, and Subsurface Utility Exploration (SUE) may be included later if these work types become necessary. The selected firms fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
