The purpose of this requirement is to provide users the skills and knowledge to keep themselves, fellow Soldiers, family members, friends, and others safe from suicide.  In 2018, Army Directive 2018-07-7, Prioritizing Efforts – Readiness and Lethality (Update 7) removed Ask, Care, Escort training as the training curriculum for suicide awareness training. Suicide awareness training was replaced at the discretion of the Commander.

Scope of Work: The Nevada System of Higher Education on Behalf is seeking proposals for a vendor to provide system wide suicide awareness and prevention training to its faculty, staff, and students. Proposals in response to this RFP shall be valid for a period of (90) days from the due date of the proposal. The requirement will be for a contractor-created, individual suicide awareness and prevention training that is web-based and accessible to all 12,000 DCMA military and civilian employees. The requirement is only for creation and generation of the training itself. DCMA is requesting responses from industry in regards to this requirement.
