SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Title of Project: Suicide Risk Assessment and Management through Automated Testing, Guilford Press The purpose of the contract is for the VA to retain the use of the license to use the Suicide Status Form IV (SSF IV) in the VA electronic psychological assessment package, the Mental Health Assistant (MHA), which is a component within the Veterans Integrated Service Technology Architecture (VistA).
