Project Description: The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) is requesting bids for the installation of electrical service to 5 interconnection vaults to provide power for sump pump drains. Installation includes wiring service from existing buildings supply as well as from new electric meter poles.

Install a concrete curb within the mechanical room to direct the water to the courtyard drains and replace the existing sump pump and control panel in the mechanical room. Inspect and replace rotted storm drain pipes. Install flood damage-resistant flooring, walls, and doors as specified in B1 and B2 basement levels.
