The second scope of work is to support Napa County with developing, implementing and providing technical assistance to a DEIB subcommittee of the CoC. This technical assistance will provide intensive support for one year with the development of n subcommittee purpose, framework and goals as well as long-term training and evaluation framework.
Requirement: The objective of this task order is for the contractor to provide support and technical analysis to NIST for identifying topical areas of concern as described in to Section 5104(d) and Section 5104(e) of the Act. The Contractor shall provide technical and analytical support for the full NAIAC, its working groups, and Subcommittee.
