The scope of work is to support  3,709 lines, 229 of which are being used for lobby  phones, security system phones, elevator phones, faxes and analog lines.  Furthermore, 200 ISDN lines  are envisioned to support the multi-line capable units, the DISN network support for the four (4) ISDN PRI lines supporting the Command VTC, and basic support of all fault isolation for phone circuits.
