In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use single source procedures to issue a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Microsoft Corporation for Enterprise Support Services (Premier Support Services and Consulting Services).
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, in cooperation with Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT), is soliciting quotations from authorized Microsoft Licensed Support Providers (LSP) for Microsoft; Software Licensing, Software Support, Cloud Services such as Azure, Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) formerly Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), Microsoft Unified Support and Microsoft incident response.
The Agency has a need to acquire Microsoft Premier Support Services. The OIG IT network infrastructure heavily utilizes Microsoft developed technology. Microsoft has been directly supporting the Agency with Microsoft Consulting Services and Microsoft Premier Support agreements since 2019.
