Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a requirement for a one-month extension to Center Administrative Support Services (CASS) contract number NNM16AA10C with Hanks, Hanks, & Associates, LLC (HHA), with the option for up to five additional months, via separate one-month option extension periods, through a maximum extension to December 31, 2021.The current CASS contract ends on June 30, 2021.  

A one month contract extension with a Period of Performance of 1 January 2020 - 31 January 2020 was required. This modification also included a monthly Conversion Facility Fee for contract furnished equipment necessary to generate gaseous nitrogen and on site labor in support of High Flow Events.

The intent of this synopsis is to state the Government's intention to sole source this extension of services for one month and to determine if any other source(s) exist that can execute this one-month extension. Consequently, any response(s) failing to provide the aforementioned data but instead choosing merely to submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the solicitation will not be honored.
