The purpose of this notice is to announce an approved consolidation for DARPA Technical and Analytical Support Services (TASS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task orders HR001119F0101, HR001120F0002, and HR001120F0003. The follow-on requirements will be consolidated and awarded as two (2) task orders under the DARPA TASS IDIQ contracts in 2024.
The Government has determined, pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 7.107-2 and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 5107.170, that the consolidation of the requirements for the NGB IT Acquisition Support Service contract under the AQ-C Acquisitions Support Services task order is both necessary and justified and will serve the best interests of the Government.
In accordance with FAR 7.107-5 attached is a notice for Consoldiation of 3 Information Technology (IT) awards in support of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). New consoldiated requirement is currently being solicited on GSA 8(a) STARS III.
However, in accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c)(2), the determination that consolidation is necessary and justified will be subsequently published to this site.
