________________________________________________________________________The Technical Data Support Service (TDSSe3) enterprise contract is for the continuation of services associated with the sustainment and conversion of Technical Orders (TOs) and engineering data managed within organic systems. Services will include TO and engineering data: management, update, conversion, distribution, and library services.

This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of the Enterprise Technical Data Support Services Enterprise – TDSSe3  for use by United States Air Force (USAF) and United States Space Force (USSF)personnel. 

The Warner Robins Air Force Sustainment Center (WR-AFSC) and Life Cycle Management Center is hosting an Industry Day on 29-30 November 2023, to solicit feedback from industry regarding the Technical Data Support Services Enterprise (TDSSe3) effort. A general session will be held on the morning of 29 November 2023 with optional 20 minute one-on-one sessions to begin the afternoon of 29 November 2023 and continue through to 30 November 2023.

This special notice is to provide additional updates to the TDSSe3 requirement via the attached TDSSe3 Description of Requirements as well as provide updated draft copies of the Sections L&M, PWS, CLIN Description, Labor Catorgies, and Cost/Price evaluation model in order to receive Industry feedback. The Government request this feedback be provided to the Government POCs No later than 6 October 2023 by 4:30 PM.
