Government intends to extend the current Mission Test Support Services, W9124R-18-C-0001 at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) on a SOLE SOURCE basis for the period 1 April 2023 through 31 March 2024 with 12 one-month option periods to TRAX, International.
The SAISS BPA provides holistic financial, budget, and compensation systems analysis and support for the Department of State’s worldwide suite of integrated resource management systems with the underlying goals of: 1) improving the quality and integrity of financial data, 2) standardizing resource management business processes worldwide, and 3) streamlining systems and processes to provide efficiencies.
This will allow performance to continue until 31 December 2020 to support Operation Resolute Support in Afghanistan for the United States Army. A new competitive contract for these services will be competed while this extension is in place.A Justification and Approval document will be prepared for the extension under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) intends to extend contract NNA14AB82C, Fully Integrated Lifecycle Mission Support Services (FILMSS) with KBR Wyle Services, LLC (KBR), on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, in support of ARC.

The BOS Services contract includes training for Niagara ARS Reservists. Period of Performance is 1 Dec 2020 to 30 Nov 2021. This action will be sole source to Pegasus Support Services, LLC (PSS).
