INDEMNIFICATION: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the proposer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the College, its District Board of Trustees, officers, agents, servants, and employees, from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and other legal costs such as those for paralegal, investigative, and legal support services, and the actual cost incurred for expert witness testimony
In the event one party shall prevail in any action (including appellate proceedings), at law or in equity arising hereunder, the losing party will pay all costs, expense, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all other actual and reasonable expenses incurred in the defense and/or prosecution of any legal or arbitration proceedings, including, but not limited to, those for paralegal, investigate and legal support services and actual fees charged by expert
