Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a sonar calibration support vessel, in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) provided herein.  This solicitation will be competed on a full and open basis, no set-aside is reserved.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.
