City of Salmon Arm - Mosquito Control and Surveillance Program Project Description :The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm offers to receive Quotes for the project entitled “ 2023/24/25 Mosquito Control & Surveillance Program”
The award will be for non-personal services to provide medical examinations and health care for the ARS Occupational Medical Surveillance Program (OMSP), as required by OSHA, for the USDA/ARS/SEA, Mississippi State, Mississippi location. The results of all examinations provided under this program will be safeguarded in accordance with 5 CFR 293, Subpart E, “Employee Medical File System Records.”
