University Online Survey Tool Project Description :The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to award a up to a 3-year service contract with an optional 3 x 1-year extension to Qualtrics. Qualtrics is a web-based software platform currently being used for the creation of surveys, polls, and generating reports. The platform is currently being used campus-wide by students, employees, professors, and researchers.
This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a computer based employee survey tool for users of the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies workforce. A list of the Software (SW) Requirements is attached to this solicitation as well as the SF 1449. The proposal shall include a thorough description of each of the SW requirements of the survey tool.
The survey tool will be utilized to evaluate training and programs within the DAF Integrated Resilience Division, to include but not limited to Total Force Annual Suicide Prevention Training, Total Force Annual Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Training, and all training for the Prevention Workforce.The Government anticipates the use of NAICS 513210, Software Publishers (size standard $41.5M), for this requirement.Survey Tool should include these
