This CSEL JPO has since updated the program name and effort to a Survivor Handheld Evader Locating Device (SHiELD). In line with previous RFIs, SHiELD will replace the current CSEL Hand Held Radio (HHR).The NAICS code and PSC have not been determined as final at this date.Please provide RFI responses via email by 5:00pm MST on 30 September 2020.This effort is a follow on of the CSEL NGSR issued through FBO in 2018 (FA821718NGSR).
