They will facilitate the first workshop and lead group discussions on sustainable tourism topics, ensuring effective group dynamics, focused learning, and comprehensive summarization of findings for UNDP's policy advocacy efforts. For follow-up sessions, the consultant will train industry players on sustainable practices agreed upon with UNDP and TPN.
The project will be designed to meet the requirements and intent of the University of California Regent's Policy on Sustainable Practices. The project is subject to review and approval by the UC Board of Regents, their delegated authority, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

The project shall be designed to meet the requirements and intent of the University of California (UC) Regent¿s Policy on Sustainable Practices concerning green building design and energy efficiency. The project will also be required to meet the California Energy Code (Title 24) energy efficiency standards and apply sustainability principles wherever possible.
The design shall comply with the University of California Policy on Sustainable Practices to achieve a minimum LEED Healthcare Silver Rating.
