The ability to provide sustaining engineering and logistics support for the G/ATOR systems is dependent on access to the complex engineering and technical data used in the design and development process of the G/ATOR systems by NGSC. A significant amount of technical data and software for the G/ATOR systems remains proprietary to NGSC and its subcontractors and is not releasable to sources outside the Government.

This effort consists of on-site field service representative support; sustaining engineering; integrated logistic support; reliability improvements; configuration management; technical publications; peculiar spares (non-Defense Logistics Agency),  peculiar support equipment, and associated project management.  This is a follow on procurement to N00019-14-D-0006, sole source, Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sustainment and support is essential for the Navy's ability to prepare for and complete operational certification prior to MQ-4C Triton UAS Initial Operational Capability (IOC).

This Sources Sought is posted to identify interested vendors capable of providing sustaining engineering and logisitcs support services for the G/ATOR system. Please see the attached Request for Information titled, "RFI for SELS" for a full description of this Sources Sought.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) & FAR 19.8, this acquisition an 8(a) direct award to Tyonek Machining and Fabrication, LLC (CAGE 7KQY0) for the Logistics Support and Sustaining Engineering Services for the AC-130J Precision Strike Package (PSP) Support Equipment (SE), Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE), and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
