 The Naval Air Systems command intends to issue a delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-17-G-0002 for a 12-month base period, with a 12-month option period, to Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on a sole-source basis for Flight Test and Evaluation Sustainment Support for the MV-22 aircraft.

Air Force is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) to obtain responses from interested sources that can provide engineering support for the AN/ALQ-161A Preprocessor Flight Software (PFS) sustainment. The PFS is the operational flight program (OFP) for the AN/ALQ-161A Radio Frequency Surveillance (RFS)/Electronic Countermeasures System (ECMS).  

This contract award will allow for production of FT3 flight test kits through the life of the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) Minuteman III (MMIII) Operational Test Launch (OTL) Program and sustainment of those FT3 systems required to support the OTL mission in accordance with the attached FT3 Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 4 October 2021. 

This requirement provides weapon system management, logistics support, maintenance, overhauls, failure analysis, repair and modification of systems, subsystems and components of the Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) Test Instrumentation Kit (CATIK), telemetry payload test set and portable flight line tester. It maintains a database of failed components, type of failure and maintenance history.
