This Third Renewal pertains to the "Agreement Between Owner and Consultant for Continuing Annual Contract for Professional Services" (RFQ No. 02-21/TW Civil Engineering Services Contract). The Agreement was approved by the District at its October 6, 2020, regular meeting. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement. 2. Effective Date.
Our acquisition strategy is a 60 month contract (12 month basic plus up to (4) 12 month options) and will cover the period of 4 Aug 2019 to 5 Feb 2024. The ATD requirement is currently supported by Rockwell Collins under contract FA8529-17-C-0003. This effort is currently supported by 17 on-site personnel with additional reach-back capability (10 personnel) located at Rockwell Collins' corporate facility.
