This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit and negotiate a single award contract. The Government intends to solicit this requirement under a full and open competition, using the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
