The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by the Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking proposals for RWIS Data Polling and Display. Preparation is the key to a strong bond and every effort is to be made to ensure the new paints adhere to all existing surfaces on the interior and exterior of the facilities. The preparation of existing surfaces is the most important step in the process and every effort shall be made by the Contractor to ensure the proper adhesion of the new paint coatings.
