The FAA is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for fire protection system services. In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), the contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, notifications, licenses, fees and supervision necessary to provide the maintenance, inspection, and testing of the fire systems at multiple locations.
The pneumatic system is located throughout the facility basement floor and the Power Services Building. Wall penetrations made by the removal of pneumatic system shall be repaired to match existing building finishes. Contractor shall fire stop penetrations made by removal of pneumatic system in order to maintain building fire integrity.
