The California Department of Technology (CDT), on behalf of the Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency (BCSH) is issuing this Solicitation to seek solutions to create a statewide integrated data system to collect and integrate specific data from each HMIS administered by the CoC¿s, with the ultimate goal of matching data on homelessness to programs impacting homeless recipients of state programs.
