The software will integrate all aspects of the utility services, including customer account management, billing and collection, and interfaces with multiple platforms including the meter reading systems, the asset management and work order system, customer payment/portal systems, and the County’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, MUNIS from Tyler Technologies.
