Amendment 0010 – This is only applicable to Offeror’s who previously submitted a revised proposal in response to Amendment 0009.This is not a request for revised proposal submissions; the Government requests each Offeror review the solicitation amendment in Section A for specific instructions regarding the completion and submission of a signed SF33 and assertion to FAR 52.204-24.The Government appreciates Offeror’s patience as the source selection process continues. SECTION III – GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Air District requires professional services support (i.e. business analysis, user experience design, software development, web content system customization, and quality assurance) to collaborate with the Air District’s existing team to support the continued evolution of the online permit and enforcement system.

The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is contracting support for the Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) analyses efforts required to execute Research Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) and test execution to close out open system development and demonstration (SDD) capability requirements in support of F-35 Onboard Oxygen Generation System (OBOGS) and Landing Gear Change Requests (CR), stand-alone Modification, and Retrofits. 

Work includes but is not limited to providing operational, technical, and analytical expertise for the execution of Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) training events, tests, experimentation activities and system development in support of battle space operations. This effort includes program management, engineering support, and operations support tasks.
