System For Award Management (SAM):In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. Government supplier database entitled System For Award Management (SAM). Registration can be performed on line at www.sam.gov.
The solicitation is published through the System for Award Management at SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor SAM.gov for the solicitation, all attachments, and any amendments. HUD will not honor any written or telephone requests. All prospective offerors shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The solicitation will not be available in paper format.
