The DLA Energy, Worldwide Specialty Fuels Division (DLA Energy -FEBF) requests information concerning the availability of any and all capable contractors to provide transportation services for Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) by Contractor-Owned stainless-steel bulk fuel intermodal tank containers from and to the following OCONUS location below:- Sitra, Bahrain to Ali Al Salem, Kuwait- Sitra, Bahrain to Mesaieed, Qatar
