Northrup Grumman is the only company that can meet the agency's need for the Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) System Redesign to support Advanced Recovery Control System ECP-I-ARC-0518 by the Required In-Yard Date (RIYD). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
IAW FAR 36.204(c), Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit will be held on August 31 at 0900 hours at bldg. 16670. We will meet at bldg. 16716 before heading to bldg. 16670.
The vendor's embedded screen slot systems and custom triple sump configuration, with their exceptional tolerances, allow for a seamless integration of these tanks into already operating systems. The vendors demonstrated ability to meet exacting specifications insures no system redesigns or modifications will be required to connect new tanks into existing systems.
Appropriated Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds will facilitate the redesign of the drainage system in the area of the railroad right-of-way including: earth excavation, clearing & grubbing, pavement and curbing, modify subbase, install manholes and storm sewer pipe(s), tiling, removal of failed storm sewers and intakes, erosion control and hydro seeding, and electrical utility work.
