Amendment 03 is being issued to revise the content of the WSSP BAA. BAA-0002-19 was originally posted on FedBizOps on August 28, 2019. The BAA was posted as a five year combined synopsis/solicitation with a closing date of September 30, 2019 for receipt and evaluation of initially submitted proposals. The BAA is being reopened on August 12, 2020 (via Amendment 02) and will remain open through August 28, 2024 to allow for the receipt of white papers.
Requests for other forms of solicitation shall be disregarded.The Weapons System Sustainment System Program (WSSP) is exploring the application of emergent technologies and commercial or other innovative business practices to develop new capabilities and improved Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) processes to sustain Department of Defense (DOD) weapon systems.
