The RSTAC efforts include test provisioning, operation, and non-Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) sustainment for the Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) representations for each sensor along with laboratory facilities that will be required to perform MDS ground testing, System Pre-mission Tests (SPMTs) for flight tests, and Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) testing.
Quantities are subject to change.The Hydraulic System Test Set (HSTS) was designed and manufactured specifically for compatibility and interfacing with the F-16 leading edge flap (LEF) motors. The LEF power drive unit hydraulic motor test set provides the means to operationally check two hydraulic motors on the LEF power drive unit while it is mounted on the aircraft.

The Government anticipates future requirements for approximately 106 units of the Hydraulic System Test & Repair Unit (HSTRU). The HSTRU is a trailer mounted repair shop. Contractor effort includes fabrication and assembly of a welded enclosure onto a Government furnished trailer as well as installation of various commercial items. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit responses to the attached market survey.
