Objective:The Naval Research Laboratory’s (NRL) Space Systems Development Division is inquiring for potential sources that are capable of providing the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work.Contractor Response:This is an initial posting related to this potential requirement.
NRL reserves the right to cancel this acquisition at any time.RFP #N00173-23-R-GD01, titled “Optical and RF Payload Systems Development Support and Integration” is planned to be issued in March of 2023 using full and open competition. The solicitation will use trade-off source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.
Duties include, but are not limited to:(1) Electronic Document Development. (2) Scan and convert documents to an electronic format, and maintain a file database.
