This project is  intended to build a single-story facility with High-Bay area(s) and support space. The base bid constructs a 4,800 SF integration facility with one high bay. The project site is a greenfield site located on the northeast quadrant at the intersection of Dahlgren Road and Caskey Road.The project is construction project at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, VA. This contract is intended for SB MACC (IPT GOLD) contractors only.
