There is no central boiler plant in this building.The replacement HVAC system will be all-electric, utilizing air source heat pumps located in generally the same locations as the previous geothermal heat pumps. The system is sized and selected to operate during ultra-low ambient conditions in order to provide year-round heating and cooling through the new heat pumps. New central ventilators will replace the former units.
