T-EPF CLASS SHIP FY-22 ROH
It is anticipated that service representatives will be required to visit T-EPF class vessels at various ports including, but not limited to, the following locations: Baltimore, MD; Earle, NJ; Norfolk, VA; Boston, MA; Charleston, S.C.; Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Honolulu, HI; Guam; Singapore; Yokosuka, Japan; Jebel-Ali, United Arab Emirates; Bahrain; Dubai; and Naples, Italy.
MSC is contemplating adjusting the schedule to form several competitive single-award contracts for the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking availability of two T-EPF class vessels with the same period of performance. Length of performance is between 60 and 120 calendar days. The place of performance will be at a Contractor’s facility within the continental United States. Vessel names and performance periods are not yet available.

In support of the MSC Project Officers, this task is required to support and enhance mission capabilities and provide logistics life cycle maintenance support services for a PM8 T-EPF Class vessel by providing a validation. The task also requires an inventory of repair parts in storerooms and bulk spaces to verify that Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)/ audit requirements are being met.
