This procurement is for Treatment Tables and Paper Dispenser/Cutters that will be utilized in the Human Performance Division of Marine Recruit Depot San Diego, CA.
DELETE CURRENT "BARCODE LABEL/TAG" REQUIREMENTS AND SUBSTITUTE THE FOLLOWING: LABEL TAG: EACH ITEM SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY BAR-CODED WITH A PAPER TAG FOR PERSONAL CLOTHING ITEMS. THE PAPER USED FOR THE TAGS SHALL BE STANDARD BLEACHED SULFATE HAVING A BASIS WEIGHT OF 100 POUNDS WITH A SMOOTH FINISH TO ACCEPT THERMAL TRANSFER AND DIRECT PRINTING.

The project shall require the awarded contractor to deliver, set up, and install the exam tables in each designated room in the facility. The contractor must use premium delivery service, which will include delivery, unboxing, and setup of the Exam Tables directly to each designated exam room.
Must have safety feature to allow table to be lowered if power outage. Table must have 7-degree pelvic tilt (+- 1 degree) Storage drawer must be available and heated for storage of providers exam instruments. This is necessary for patient comfort. Paper roll storage required Required to have multi-positional stirrups which can be slid inside the table for storage. Quantity 90 each.
