The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(2) (soliciting from a single source) intends to negotiate on a single source basis for five years (6-1-2022 through 5-31-2027) with SDV Medical Services to provide Outset Tablo Hemodialysis for the Cleveland VA Medical Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers.
The proposed contract is for the preventive maintenance service of the Tablo HemoDialysis system. This sole source award to SDV Office Systems is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.
Pre-Solicitation The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award a contract to provide preventive and full remedial maintenance for government-owned TABLO hemodialysis systems, located at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA 71101.
