The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) intends to award a firm fixed pricepurchase order on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems, 1900 Founders Drive Suite 106,Dayton, OH 45420 for systems integration support and training for the Multi-Vehicle Communication System(MVCS) Tactical Cross Domain Solution (TACDS).
