This is a Sources Sought Notice for Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Repairs and Tactical Vehicle Wash Facilities (TVWF) Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.

Vehicle Wash Facilities (TVWF) at various locations on Army Installations on the Island Oahu, Hawaii, in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, commercial practices and applicable Federal and State Codes.

The United States Army Contracting Command New Jersey, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is in search of firms that can provide all plant, supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances and materials and perform all work necessary to replace the existing carwash facility with a new carwash system that can accommodate tactical vehicles.

The complex will provide a new small Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) and will also include: Organizational Hardstand, Organizational Storage Building, POL and Hazardous Waste Storage Buildings and a 3-bay vehicle wash facility, which will be located at the adjacent site.
