Solicitation W912CN21Q0016 is for Electrical and Mechanical Systems, Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Repairs and Tactical Vehicle Wash Facilities (TVWF) Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. 

Vehicle Wash Facilities (TVWF) at various locations (see Technical Exhibits (TEs) #1-6A) on Army Installations on the Island Oahu, Hawaii, in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, commercial practices and applicable Federal and State Codes.

Areas include Schofield Barracks, East Range, Helemano Military Reservation, Wheeler Army Airfield, Fort Shafter, Fort Shafter Flats, Tripler Army Medical Center, Makua Military Reservation, Tactical Vehicle Wash Facility, PARC Guest Cabin, Aliamanu Military Reservation and Estimated pick-up per month for recurring refuse services is 2,496 per month. Pick-up ranges from 1 to 6 times per week.
