The 30 individual chains shall be of standard commercial quality manufactured as non‐calibrated chain. The work includes mechanical alignment of the spillway Tainter Gate Drive Shafts and incidental related Tainter Gate work. The spillway section of Tuttle Creek consists of 18 Tainter Gates that are driven by 19 individual 2 HP motors (18 primary, 1 auxiliary).
