UTRWD is currently seeking proposals/bids for the provision of Water Storage Tank and Intake Inspection and Cleaning Services at multiple locations. Upon award, UTRWD is seeking a one (1) year contract with three (3) consecutive one (1) year options to renew that may be awarded to the most successful bidder(s). Tentatively, the beginning date of these contracts will be January 1, 2023.

This contract will also include the intake inspections of Forney Pump Station and Tawakoni Balancing Reservoir.

-Inspection, Testing and Certification for Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) and Underground Storage Tank (UST) The proposed period of performance is anticipated to be a twelve-month base period with four (4) follow-on option-year periods. The magnitude of performance is in U.S. Naval Air Facility, Atsugi, Japan. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.

Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services for Hangars Maintenance on Hangars, including but not limited to; automatic hangar doors, compressed air system (for breathing air, for spray painting), paint spray booth system (including outside air unit which air volume exceeds 100,000 cubic meter/hour), and air intake door. Inspection, Testing and Certification for Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) and Underground Storage Tank (UST) 4.

The City is seeking proposals from experienced tank diving companies to perform comprehensive inspection and interior cleaning services. The scope includes 5 potable water tanks. Tanks vary in material, size, and capacity and are located throughout the City’s service territory.
