This is a Sources Sought notice to determine the availability of potential sources for target vehicle requirements and the delivery and pick up of vehicles used for the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) specific training located at Walton County, Florida. These vehicles are not able to be driven, and are training aids .Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Description of Requirements (DOR).
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a single award, firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for target vehicles. Thepolicies and procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts will be utilized.Please see attachments for further information.
The vendor shall provide Ram Target Vehicles for training purposes at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located in Cheltenham, Maryland. The vendor shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) vehicles per year and a maximum of twenty-four (24). The resulting contract shall contain 4 one-year option period for a maximum 5 year period. The vendor shall provide a per vehicle price on the SF 1449 for each of the 5 years.
