NOTICE OF UTILITY TARIFF FILING The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Gold Country Energy (GCE) filed TA160-341, to add the new Small Facility Power Purchase Rate (SFPPR) to its tariff in compliance with 3 AAC 50.790(d). GCE was required to file the SFPPR by April 1, 2016. The SFPPR will replace the existing Non-Firm Power Purchase Rate (NFPPR).
Notice of Utility Tariff Filing The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Securus Technologies, Inc. (Securus) filed TA2-758 seeking to revise its local calling rates for collect rates, prepaid calling cards, prepaid debit, and AdvanceConect. Specifically, Securus is revising its per minute rate for local calls to a uniform per minute rate.
NOTICE OF PIPELINE CARRIER TARIFF FILING The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Kenai Beluga Pipeline, LLC (KBPL), filed TL38-668, proposing to update its tariff to designate Meter 207 as an active delivery point. Meter 207 is serving the Tesoro Alaska Company (Tesoro). The previous delivery point, Meter 407, is currently inactive.
Corrected Notice of Utility Tariff Filing On December 23, 2021, the REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) issued a public notice regarding TA180-72, the tariff filing in which TDX Manley Generating, LLC (TMG) filed a revenue requirement study based on a 2020 test year.
GVEA was required to file a new tariff filing with accompanying tariff changes by May 12, 2017. With TA298-13, GVEA proposes an interconnection agreement and interconnection specifications in response to a written request for interconnection from Delta Wind Farm, Inc. (DWF). The tariff filing also addresses the provisions of 3 AAC 50.790(b)(1) – (4), Schedule No. DWF-1, under which it proposes to provide service to DWF.
Notice of Utility Tariff Filing The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that McGrath Light and Power Company (MLPC) filed TA144-44, proposing to remove its routinely used billing, service, and contract forms from its tariff. On October 27, 2017, revised tariff form and filing regulations, approved in Docket No. R-15-006, became effective.
