The task orders will be issued on a non-competitive basis to the below listed vendors in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This justification serves as a combined justification document for issuance of non-competitive task orders against established BOA s.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to issue a task order against an established GSA Multiple Award Schedule, Office Management- Mail Management, Contract number GS-03F-0158V, SIN 561499M: “Mail Management, Systems, Processing Equipment, and Related Solutions,” with a secondary SIN 541614: “Deployment, Distribution and Transportation logistics Services” to perform services not limited to, providing a location to perform mail operations
Contractual commitments to perform work will be established only by award of a Task Order Release against the IDIQ.
Actions included in this justification are being executed against existing BOA s with valid terms to support the respective task order period of performance.
This requirement will result in award of a cost plus fixed fee (CPAF) task order against IAP-ECC, LLC’s established contract under the GCSMAC. The period of performance will be for a base period of one year and two six-month option periods. This Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Task Order is not a request for competitive proposals. There is not a full and open competitive solicitation available for the requirement.
