The contractor will be responsible for supplying and maintaining road closed and detour signs and for obtaining the necessary permits from VTrans for any work that needs to be done in Route 2. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for working in or near the river. The bid shall be a lump sum bid including all work shown or implied on the enclosed documents.
