By accepting an award, resident and non-resident firms acknowledge their responsibility for the payment of all taxes duly accessed by the State of Louisiana and its political subdivisions for which they are liable, including but not limited to: franchise taxes, privilege taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, ad valorem taxes, etc. 11.
All prices quoted in any Proposal are to be exclusive of applicable sales taxes calculated upon such prices, but inclusive of all other costs. 2. Prices must be quoted in Canadian currency and fixed prices must be quoted for the full term of the Proponent’s proposed agreement. 3. Prices are to be quoted CIP, destination (Incoterms, 2010).
\n\nBid price shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work as specified, and shall further include all licenses,\nfees, permits, royalties, and all taxes.\n\nBid price shall represent full compensation for completion of work. This provision supercedes Condition 5 on page 1 of Standard Bid\nConditions.

The Bid shall contain a separate entry for New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax immediately preceding the Base Bid - Total Amount. All Alternates shall contain a separate entry for New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax immediately preceding the total amount of the Alternate.
