The Vermont Department of Taxes (“Department”) is soliciting bids for property appraisal services to conduct appraisals of Vermont real property for purposes of the education and municipal property tax grand lists. The Vermont Legislature has made funds available to the Vermont Department of Taxes for the appraisal of hydroelectric facilities owned by Great River Hydro LLC in the State of Vermont.

Bid Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont Department of Taxes (VDT) (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for its high-volume intelligent capture software solution (the Work).

This Participating Addendum is a contract between the State of Vermont, through its Department of Buildings and General Services, Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter “State” or “Vermont”), and the Contractor identified above. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to contact the Vermont Department of Taxes to determine if, by law, the Contractor is required to have a Vermont Department of Taxes Business Account Number. 2.
